More Than a Schedule Change—A New Chapter of Outreach
Small pumpkins were provided to you last week after worship at North Point Church. These are part of our invite-a-friend or neighbor outreach effort that we are doing to publicize our upcoming transition to two church services on November 2 (8:30 and 10:30 am). Along with the pumpkin was a handout and we hope you will share with community members this week. We will be handing out more this Sunday after service for you to share. The truth is that this is not just a one time effort but the first step in creating a culture of 'invitation, welcome, and hospitality'. As disciples, our call is not only to be 'keepers of the aquarium' (the church) but 'fishers of men and women'. Thank you for all you do to make North Point Church a blessing to our community and world in Jesus' name. Blessings, Pastor Rob |

New Small Group: PRACTICING THE WAY Coming Sundays, October 12th until December 7th. Please join us in a spiritual journey to grow close to Jesus, to walk more specifically in His way. It’s not that people do not want to become like Jesus, or that people aren’t trying to become like Jesus. It’s that we don’t know how to become like Jesus. We need a pathway of formation for the modern era. Please join us for an 8 week exploration into what it may look like when we follow Him with heart, mind, body, and soul. After worship on Sundays at the Next Door. There will be a sign up sheet in the foyer on top of the piano. Any questions please email jann.stimac@gmail.com.

New Study Coming in October, 2025: “End of Days” – A Journey from Genesis to Revelation Join us for a transformative, year-long Bible study presented by First Fruits of Zion, exploring the “End of Days” through a Messianic Jewish lens. This in-depth study unveils key themes such as the resurrection, the destiny of humanity, and the Jewish understanding of the end times—reshaping how we view discipleship, redemption, and the hope that the end is truly just the beginning. To register or learn more about October's class, call Sharron Clark 360-621-6932 Kitsap Community Resources, October 26, 11:30am, Classroom 1 Looking for ways to help others in your community? Join your North Point Church deacons after the Sunday service on October 26th to learn about practical ways to assist others through programs offered here in Kitsap County. Proverbs 11:25 says "A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed." One of the ways we refresh others is by prayerfully walking beside them when life is challenging and helping them find ways to move forward productively. Kitsap Community Resources is a local nonprofit agency committed to "creating hope and opportunity for all low-income Kitsap County residents by providing resources that promote self-sufficiency and stability." However, their programs are not just for low income residents. They also offer services like financial/business education and veteran assistance. Come learn more and have the opportunity to ask questions about these local resources as you continue to share God's care and compassion with those around you. Samantha Fulmer, our guest speaker from Kitsap Community Resources, will begin at about 11am in Classroom 1. The Financial Peace University Class scheduled to begin on October 1st has been postponed until Winter/Spring 2026. |
