Weekly Update

Welcome new and familiar. All you need for this week is right here.
This page is the most up-to-date form of communication we have.
Let's get you connected with the things you need.
Hello Church Family,

We are one month away from our move to two Sunday morning worship services: 8:30 am and 10:30 am. Our staff and church leadership are planning for this change and here is how you can help: First, pray! Pray for our planning process but also that this change will allow North Point Church to impact more people in our community and grow our ministries of care and compassion. Secondly, please consider volunteering in a new way at North Point Church. The move to two services will allow more people to serve in the life of the church which is one of our core values. The links below will allow you to sign up on line for one of these volunteer positions. Third, please pray and think about friends, neighbors, and people you meet in the community whom you can invite to join you on a Sunday morning. A mentor of mine said to "treat every added worship service as if it is a new church opening...invite, invite, invite". Our mission will be to be one family with two services!

Blessings,
Rob

It’s not that people do not want to become like Jesus, or that people aren’t trying to become like Jesus. It’s that we don’t know how to become like Jesus. We need a pathway of formation for the modern era. Please join us for an 8 week exploration into what it may look like when we follow Him with heart, mind, body, and soul. Prayer Partners Needed God calls everyone to pray for their brothers and sisters in Christ. This is a gift they give to both themselves and the person they are praying for. New Study Coming in October, 2025: “End of Days” – A Journey from Genesis to Revelation Join us for a transformative, year-long Bible study presented by First Fruits of Zion, exploring the “End of Days” through a Messianic Jewish lens. This in-depth study unveils key themes such as the resurrection, the destiny of humanity, and the Jewish understanding of the end times—reshaping how we view discipleship, redemption, and the hope that the end is truly just the beginning. To register or learn more about October's class, call Sharron Clark 360-621-6932

Kitsap Community Resources, October 28, 11am, Classroom 1 Looking for ways to help others in your community? Join your North Point Church deacons after the Sunday service on October 26th to learn about practical ways to assist others through programs offered here in Kitsap County. Proverbs 11:25 says "A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed." One of the ways we refresh others is by prayerfully walking beside them when life is challenging and helping them find ways to move forward productively.

Kitsap Community Resources is a local nonprofit agency committed to "creating hope and opportunity for all low-income Kitsap County residents by providing resources that promote self-sufficiency and stability." However, their programs are not just for low income residents. They also offer services like financial/business education and veteran assistance.
Come learn more and have the opportunity to ask questions about these local resources as you continue to share God's care and compassion with those around you. Samantha Fulmer, our guest speaker from Kitsap Community Resources, will begin at about 11am in Classroom 1.

The Financial Peace University Class scheduled to begin on October 1st has been postponed until Winter/Spring 2026.
