North Point Church (NPC) is seeking a piano accompanist to support the NPC choir and Sunday morning services.
Candidates are required to have an intermediate to advanced skill level in playing the piano. Skills to include sight-reading sheet music and 4-8 part stave reading for rehearsals.
Rehearsals with the choir are held each Wednesday and Sunday worship services with the choir are scheduled twice a month. Wednesday night Choir practice session hours are from 5 pm through 7 pm. Sunday morning worship service is from 7:30 am through 11 am. Choir season at NPC runs from September through June the following year. Candidates may be requested to play for special events held at the church such as memorials, weddings, Good Friday services etc.
The position is classified as an Independent/Freelance Contractor.
Renumeration for each practice session and Sunday service/special event is $75.
