Dave Cramer and his son, Rob
April  12, 2024

In our Reformed Tradition, we call a Memorial Service a "Witness to the Hope of the Resurrection." Having just celebrated the resurrection of Christ on Easter Sunday, we received the hard news this week that Dave Cramer, a beloved church member at North Point Church for many years, walked through the valley of the shadow of death. Our prayers and our care are with Maggie, their entire family, and all of Dave's many friends. Rev. SM Lockridge's sermon which I quoted on Easter Sunday became all the more meaningful to me in these grief-filled days: "It's Friday...but Sunday's a-comin'." As we grieve together as a church family like it's Good Friday, we also seek to celebrate with our brother in Christ for whom the Eternal Sunday is more than 'a-coming'...it is now a reality. I invite you to come give "Witness to the Hope of the Resurrection" and celebrate Dave's life on April 27th at 2:00 pm at North Point Church.

Blessings,
Pastor Rob
